Another day of walking the streets of downtown Vancouver, cameras in hand. And a new adventure always just around the next corner!

Brad Powell > This was a very cold morning...I just can't imagine what sleeping on the pavement was like.
Brad Powell > Panhandlers abound in downtown Vancouver....it seemed that a few people did stop and drop some change into his hat.
Brad Powell > We ran into this fellow twice...he was a lot happier than this image shows...he told us about a shop in Gastown that sold $700 dining room chairs...he just couldn't believe anyone would buy them.
Brad Powell > Dumpster diving in downtown Vancouver has become a means of support for many of the homeless. They actually make enough cash scavenging recyclables and re-usable items to feed themselves. Naturally, the City of Vancouver is currently looking into ways to get rid of the dumpsters all together.
Brad Powell > Syringes, cooking caps, bleach bottles, are everywhere you look in Vancouver. A testament to the size of the drug problem. These were laying at the base of the statue of Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen in Chinatown.
Brad Powell > Above the door of a high-end shoe store on Granville Street.
Brad Powell > The Hotel Europe...supposedly the narrowest building in North America.
